Women’s Day was celebrated on 8 March 2018 at Infant Mary church, Bajjodi. The thanksgiving mass was offered at 6pm by Asst. Priest Fr. Ivan D’souza.

There was a get together after the mass at 7pm in the parish Hall. The programme began with a prayer led by the parish Choir. Rev. Fr. Shabas Crasta presided over the function; Mrs. Judith Pinto- was the resource person. Mr. Joseph Mascarenhas Vice president of Parish council, Secretary, Mrs. Irene Pinto were present for the programme. Mrs. Joseph Mascarenhas welcomed the gathering. The resource person in her message highlighted the rights of women. Fun games were conducted by Fr. Ivan D’souza. Skit was conducted by the youth.

Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Shabas Crasta, distributed the prizes and in his message thanked all women for their constant support and help in all the parish activities.
