Oath Taking Ceremony of the New Parish Pastoral Council of 2023-25

The New Year was celebrated with devotion at Infant Mary Church, Bajjodi on Saturday December 31. At the beginning we adored and thanked the lord for all his blessings and asked his strength and graces for the New Year 2022. The concelebrated mass was presided over by Fr. Nelson, and Concelebrated by Fr. Ivan Dsouza, Fr. Patrick Lobo, Fr. Rayan Pinto, Fr. Shabas Crasta, Fr. Stephen Lobo and Fr. Rudolph Pinto. On the eve of this New Year Fr. Rudolph Pinto preached a very inspiring homily and he invited the parishioners to Live in hope as Mary did in her Life.

After the homily the members of the Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) for the year 2023-25 took part in the oath taking ceremony in the presence of Rev Fr Ivan Dsouza, Parish Priest and President of PPC. Mr Prakash Saldanha, vice president, Mrs Elizabeth Pereira, secretary and the members of the finance committee also pledged their oath in the presence of the Parish Priest. The parishioners who participated in the Holy Eucharist witnessed the Oath Taking Ceremony.

At the end Parish Priest Fr. Ivan Dsouza greeted one and all and wished a very prosperous new year.
